Oyster (Mussel oyster)
Our Mussel oysters, come in two types.
First one is called black oyster or just mussel which is charachterized by its purple to black shell color that are oblong shaped and have elongated ends and in general used in steamed recipes with or without rice.
The other variation which is called Oyster, have rough, dull, and hard shells that are covered in barnacles and normally cooked on grill with cheese and dressing on it.
